Information we collect
When you book a ride we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if provided), pickup and drop locations, travel dates and any special instructions you share with us.
How we use your information
Your details are used solely to confirm and deliver your booking, to assign a chauffeur, to send trip updates on WhatsApp or SMS, and to raise invoices for corporate accounts.
Location data
If you use the "current location" feature, your device coordinates are converted to a readable address in your browser and are only stored as the pickup address on your own device.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary trip details with the assigned chauffeur. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data retention
Booking records are retained for as long as required for service delivery, tax and accounting obligations under Indian law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@qwikcabs.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
