Clear terms for a service built on clarity.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once QwikCabs sends a written confirmation with chauffeur and vehicle details. Requests submitted through the website or WhatsApp are treated as booking enquiries until confirmed.
Fares and payment
Fares are quoted upfront and include applicable tolls and parking unless stated otherwise. GST applies as per prevailing Indian tax rules. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly.
Zero-cancellation commitment
QwikCabs does not cancel confirmed rides. If an assigned vehicle becomes unavailable, we substitute an equivalent or better EV from our fleet at no additional cost.
Rider cancellations
Rides cancelled more than 60 minutes before pickup are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may attract a nominal fee communicated at the time of booking.
Waiting time
Airport transfers include complimentary waiting time from the flight's actual landing time. Other trips include 15 minutes of free waiting, after which a per-minute charge applies.
Conduct and safety
Smoking, alcohol consumption and any unlawful activity are prohibited in our vehicles. Chauffeurs may end a trip where rider conduct compromises safety.
Liability
QwikCabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events beyond reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking.
